Originally drafted by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 1972 draft Willie Randolph enjoyed a productive 18-year career in the big leagues and is best known for his 13 seasons with the New York Yankees. The 6-Time All-Star second baseman won a combined 6 World Series Championships with the Yankees 2 as a player 1977 1978 and 4 as a coach 1996 1998 1999 2000. He was the 11th captain in team history serving in that capacity from 1986-1988.
