We call it Kandy to honor the small but beautiful town situated north of Nuwara Eliya between Dimbulla and Uva in Sri Lanka. Teas grown here are intense yet light in liquor, and Kandy itself embodies the spirit of the teas from its local gardens. In this world, Kandy is dandy has a much sweeter meaning.
