Duaner Sanchez MLB Baseball

Duaner Sanchez has been a welcome and effective addition to the Mets bullpen in 2006. Sanchez who has played for the Arizona Diamondbacks 2002 Pittsburgh Pirates 2002-2003 and the Los Angeles Dodgers 2004-05 was traded along with Steve Schmoll to the Mets in exchange for Jae Weong Seo and Tim Hamulack in January of 2006. In 2005 Sanchez served as the Dodgers closer after Eric Gagne was lost to injury and his 79 games played tied him for second most appearances made in the NL.
