Content: 45 capsules VCaps 0.02 oz (500 mg) each

Suggested Use: Take 2 capsules half an hour or no earlier than one hour before the 2 main meals, with plenty of water (at least 2 full glasses). Due to the presence of hydrosoluble fibers that have a swelling effect, it is not recommeded to take this product at the same time as taking medications.
