It has been used by traditional healers in Brazil, Argentina, Peru and other South American regions for centuries on its own or as a component of herbal mixtures. How does it work? There are numerous traditional uses for pau darco tea for a wide range of conditions, taken orally or applied externally to the skin or in baths.
