Originally selected by the Oakland As in the 1995 draft David Newhan made his MLB debut with the Padres in 1999. After bouncing between the Majors and the minors with several teams Newhan joined the Mets in 2007 played in both the infield and outfield. His versatility made him a valuable commodity around the league and he is currently with the Phillies organization in a coaching capacity.brbrNewhan has hand signed this 8x10 photograph of him in action swinging the bat during a Mets game.
